In these Terms, 'Intellectual Property Rights' means patents, database rights, copyright, design rights (whether registered or

unregistered), trade marks (whether registered or unregistered) and other similar rights, together with the right to apply for the

protection of any such rights. All Intellectual Property Rights in the Site shall be owned by Easy-2.

Subject to the licence granted to you to use the Site, Easy-2 reserves all rights, title and interest in its Intellectual Property Rights in the

Site. Any goodwill accruing from use of Easy-2 and its affiliates' trade marks, trade and business names and service marks under this

Agreement will vest in Easy-2 and its affiliates, as appropriate.

Modern Permanent Magnets can attract steel objects or other magnets from large distances and cause trapping injuries. Place non ferrous

(wood / polystyrene / plastic / aluminium) parts between magnets and any steel or other magnet to prevent this hazard.

Magnets should not be given to children.

Many Magnets are brittle and may shatter if they are allowed to 'jump' together or they jump onto a steel surface. Always wear eye

protection if this is likely to happen.

Magnets may affect or interfere with sensitive electronic instruments. Always keep magnets at least 100mm from such devices.

Magnets can destroy information stored on magnetic media such as credit cards, floppy discs and computer hard drives. Keep them at

least 50mm away.

Analogue watches, televisions and computer monitors can be permanently damaged by placing magnets near them.

Users of heart pace makers should avoid being near magnets.

Do not use magnets in explosive atmospheres.

Do not use magnets if you are pregnant

Do not use magnets if you have an insulin pump.

Easy-2 may amend these Terms from time to time, and place the new version on the Site.

When Easy-2 does so, it will mention the fact on our home page (www.easy-2.com).

If any provision of these Terms shall be held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of

the remaining parts of these Terms and the remainder of the affected provision shall be unaffected.

These Terms are subject to the laws and exclusive jurisdiction of England.

This section applies only to the extent permitted by law. For the avoidance of doubt, Easy-2 do not exclude or limit any liability for (a)

personal injury (including sickness and death) where such injury results from Easy-2’s negligence or wilful default, or that of Easy-2

employees, agents or subcontractors or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Easy-2 does not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors and omissions and reserve the right to change information,

prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services.

If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible.

In the event that you order an item and the price published on the Site is incorrect for any reason, we will contact you to let you know the

correct price and ask you whether you still wish us to fulfil your order at this price. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a

product which was advertised at an incorrect price.

We shall give you the option of confirming the order at the correct price or if you so choose, to cancel the order altogether. If you cancel

and have already paid for the goods in the circumstances described in this clause, we shall refund the full amount in accordance with

these Terms.

Easy-2 will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EASY-2 IS PROVIDING THIS SITE AND ITS CONTENTS ON AN “AS IS” BASIS AND MAKES

NO (AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL) REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THIS

SITE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED IN THIS SITE INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION,

WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN ADDITION, EASY-2 DOES NOT REPRESENT OR

WARRANT THAT THE INFORMATION ACCESSIBLE VIA THIS SITE IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE OR CURRENT.

In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different

quantity to that stated on your order form, Easy-2 shall, at its own option, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any

damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question PROVIDED THAT you notify Easy-2 of the

problem in writing to sales@easy-2.com within 3 working days of delivery of the goods.

NOTHING IN THIS CLAUSE AFFECTS YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.

You and Easy-2 will only be liable under these Terms for losses which are a reasonably foreseeable consequence of the relevant breach of

contract.

Easy-2 do not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property

and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the Site or for any products or services purchased from Easy-2.

The total liability of "Easy-2" for any claim of any kind whatsoever shall not exceed the price of goods as supplied. In the case of goods to

be delivered to addresses outside the United Kingdom, the Contract shall be governed and interpreted exclusively according to the Law of

England and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts only save to the extent that the Company may be required to obtain

injunctive relief outside the jurisdiction. The Schedules to the Uniform Law on International Sales Act 1967 shall not in any circumstances

apply to the Contract neither shall the limits imposed by the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 on the extent to which liability can be

excluded.

If you return your order from easy-2.com webpage, you may return the goods to us within fourteen days of receipt for a refund less the

cost of return carriage, provided that they reach us in perfect resalable condition, but please contact us first so we can try to resolve any

problem.

If goods are faulty or arrive damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt and keep the evidence as this will help us with claims.

We will of course refund or replace any faulty or damaged items. You will be liable for the cost of returning the magnets to Easy-2.

Easy-2 does not accept returns or returns or honour warranties from products sold from any other merchant or vendor. Products

purchased at a store or seller must be returned to the merchant according to their return guidelines.

Easy-2 will make a 15% restocking charge for any goods which are returned because you have changed your mind or you discover that

they are not suitable for your particular application and reserves the right to refuse to accept magnets that are not in a resalable

condition.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Some of the magnets can be dangerous to children. You must be eighteen years old to use this site. If you are under eighteen, you may

only use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Easy-2 will not pass on your personal or credit or debit card details to any third party.

You undertake that all details you provide to Easy-2 for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the

credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.

WARNING: We recommend that persons who are using pacemakers, defibrillators, implanted insulin pumps or other medical equipment

that rely on electro-magnetic devices should avoid the use of this product. We also suggest that you keep this product away from other

electrical equipment like computer disks, magnetic tapes and disks, and credit and debit cards. Easy-2.com does not make or imply any

medical claim to this product.

Owing to the small size of these magnets please do not let young children handle them.

We are sorry but for hygiene and safety reasons this product cannot be refunded unless it is damaged or faulty. This does not affect your

statutory rights.
