The product consists of 2 different diameter gold plated neodymium disk magnets.

Apply magnets to the portion of the ear as shown on the mounting card inside the product package.
If initial tenderness is experienced remove briefly and re-apply magnets until wearing is comfortable. Only wear until hunger has gone.
The magnets are gold plated to prevent allergic reaction with the skin. There have been no reports of any adverse side affects with the use of these magnets on any external parts of the body. If you experience any yet unknown adverse side effects remove the magnets.

Storage
- It is advisable to store the magnets on the card supplied when not in use.
- Do not immerse in water and for this reason it is advisable to remove whilst in the shower, bath or when swimming.
